Under nutrition there’s a percentage for iron under breakfast but none for dinner? I thought beef and green veg would contain…

Hi newbie with Connect app issues
Hello, I’ve just started using the MyFitnessPal app. I have high blood pressure and put on weight during lockdown. My goal is to lose a stone and be motivated to get fitter. Liking the app so far. I have a Garmin activity tracker but Garmin Connect won’t link with the MyFitnessPal app.
