What are your goals? Are you looking to lose weight? Or possibly gain gain weight? Are you maybe trying to cut specific foods out of your diet? I am looking for people who want to motivate each other in achieving their goals no matter what they are. It is hard trying to stay motivated. Atleast it is for me.

Sugar who needs that.
A while back I decided to go no/low sugar. I had so much more energy. I was feeling better. Lost a little weight and then I started eating sweets and other junky foods. So today I have decided to get back on my track of not consuming sugar. Now I will still eat things like fruits and veggies because they are good sugars…
