Should i bulk?
Ive been on a calorie deficit for 4-5 months now going from 215-187lbs and ive hit a plateau. I am 18yrs old, 5’11. My goal is to be strong and have a nice body and not look “fatish”. What should i do?

Bulk or cut?
if i am “skinny fat” and been working out for a few months strength training should i bulk or cut. And if bulk should i try “0.5 pounds gained in a week” or “2lbs in a week”. Also any advice on what to eat for a clean bulk or cut whatever is better

I hit a plateau in my cutting journey. What to do.
Hi, i started off weighing in @ 210lbs and i am now 189.2. I’ve been doing so great and now i feel the progress getting slower and slower and im getting unmotivated. I dont know what to do, i have 10 more pounds to go i really want this bad and soon. Any tips??
