Hi, I have a daily goal of 1272 calorie intake and macro split of 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbs which means 127g protein, 42g fat, and 95g carbs. Today, however, despite having eaten 43 calories less than my goal, the app shows I have reached my protein goal and eaten 42g of carbs and 61g of fat more than my goal. How is…
