10 pounds in three months
Anyone want to join me on losing pounds in the next three months? I want to get back to a comfortable maintenance weight for myself. I'm going to start tomorrow with tracking my weight, calories, and exercise. I'll post my starting weight tomorrow. My goal will be 10 pounds by August 10th.
Working out throughout the day
Thinking about breaking up my strength workouts throughout the day. For example doing 1 set of the various exercises in the morning, one when I get home, and 1 before bed. I know it's not ideal.
