Happy Monday! I would say my week overall was a success. I didn't get as many days of working out in as I wanted but that's ok. Hiking is my absolute favorite. I enjoy lifting weights but sometimes I don't want to do it and I have to talk myself into it. I like walking and riding bikes as well.

Ok, so it sounds like as long as I keep my deficit modest I can still make progressions. My starting weight as of this morning was 130.6 pounds. I'd like to get to 120 by August 10th, I think that works out to be about 0.75 pounds per week.

I am officially on a weightloss plan now. I have gained almost 15 pounds in the last 1.5 years. I wasn't purposely gaining weight (bulking) but I was still lifting so I know some of this weight is muscle. I definitely look better than I did last time I weighed this much. But I want to lose it now and see if I look better…

Typo, that should have said 10 pounds in that first sentence. Starting weight this morning is 130.6 pounds which is actually up about 2 more pounds than I thought. That's ok, I'm starting today and this weight will move in the other direction. I plan to use the Libra app to track my daily weight. I'll probably post it here…

I think maintaining your weight and adding in strength training will give you good results. As for the cellulite, as above posters have stated, it's genetic. I work a 13 hour day. What I usually eat is a protein bar for a morning snack, a salad with protein, a sandwich, or left overs for lunch, and a string cheese with fruit for afternoon snack. Good luck, you got this.

My guess is taller girls probably wear bigger sizes. I'm 5'2.5" (I gotta put in that extra 1/2 inch!) and about 127 pounds. I wear a size 4-6 in pants depending on the store/brand and I wear an extra small women's shirt or a girls XL shirt. My boobs are small and most of my fat is in my lower tummy, butt, and thighs.
