Fitbit says I burn less than MFP
I am sure that Fitbit it probably more accurate, since it has my heartrate and steps etc, but has anyone else noticed, or know why a workout logged on MFP tells me I burned way more calories than Fitbit tells me I did during that time? They both know my correct weight/age/gender etc...

Not losing weight
I consistently maintain a calorie deficit and I am working out 6 days a week. I have kept to this routine for months and haven't lost any weight. What am I doing wrong? What can I explore to improve my results? I am 38 and my last baby just turned two. I feel like I should be losing weight at this point. I'm frustrated.
