can you undo a bad diet?
all week i eat in a deficit but on the weekend i eat more “junk foods” although still in a deficit. i am then bloated and fatigued for days and i can’t lose weight. is it because i’m eating unhealthy or is there other reasons?

i’ve been trying to lose some weight i gained back once for a few months now. i can’t seem to stick to a diet. any tips on motivation? is it even possible? what am i doing wrong?
