is it even possible?

i’ve been trying to lose some weight i gained back once for a few months now. i can’t seem to stick to a diet. any tips on motivation? is it even possible? what am i doing wrong?

    Ok, what do you mean by "trying to stick to a diet"? - Did you try to follow any specific plan or did you just cut calories?


    And, what makes you fall off the wagon? Being genuinely hungry? Missing certain foods? Cravings? Social situations? Stress eating?

    Generally, losing weight is possible. Sometimes you have to experiment for a while to find how to do it best, though. - And address any hang-ups and other issues that can hinder the weight loss.
