Down thirty five pounds
This app, while there are limitations, allows me to really log, doggedly, the calorie in/calorie out, diet and exercise combination. I started out at 261 lbs in late March- around March 20, and now am below 230, heading towards 210-215, hopefully.

There seems to be no end of exercises not found here
No dumbell lateral raises? I have poured throug this thing trying to get a way to record exercises. There seems to be no end of exercises with rather conventional names that are ' not found'

I am Matthew Irvin. I am in the process of fine tuning exercise and diet to offset the ongoing ennui that is the hallmark of this pandemic, with no access to pool, gym, or yoga studio. While I have from time to time sucessfully worked out at home, this is a whole new level of getting it right.
