I'm back!
(See my other post...) I am starting my (hopefully last) weight loss journey. I started on the 4th of January, and have made some quick progress (15% of my goal) since then, I know this rate won't be constant, but I like the looks of it. I expect to be down to only losing 1% of my weight per week before too long.

Not a noob, but starting again...
Well, back on the slopes. I plan (again) for this to be the last time. I think my issue in the past has been wanting to "Stop" dieting when I get to a certain point. I now realize that I will always have to be on some kind of "Diet" or else I will balloon up again. I am starting this trip about 10 pounds lighter than I was…
