Hello! I'm starting this newish/oldish? journey over again but this time with being more mindful with the eating because I love to snack especially at night lol It's been a couple of weeks already and so far so good! Looking forward to meeting everyone with an equivalent journey to mines 🤩

How to do you guys log in "crumbs"?
For example, 12 chips is roughly 110 calories. How would you log it if you only ate the crumbs or smaller pieces based on eyeballing it?
