I'm not losing 2lbs/week, am I doing something wrong?
Hi, I have been consistently losing, but only about 1lb per week. I'd like to lose twice that. Any suggestions? I recently updated my goals and my calories increased from 1290 to 1360, but i still usually have a 300-500cal deficit each day after exercise is counted. Thanks everyone!

Measurements
Hey, I thought weekly or monthly measurements could be fun, if anyone is interested. I only started measuring myself at the end of Januaray and I find that whenever the scale isn't friendly, the tape measure usually is. It's a nice pick me up.
