Almost 50lbs since starting intermittent fasting in mid March. No counting calories, weighing foods or counting macros. I haven't even incorporated exercising yet. Look up dr.fung 😉

Hi everyone. I'm currently 222lbs. I decided to change my ways when I hit 298lbs. I managed to get down to 213, but took 3 months off and ballooned back to 238. I'm happy to be back and really want out of the 200s, 130lbs to be exact 😉.Good luck everyone!
