Losing Weight & Getting Stronger
Anyone else experience making strength gains while cutting weight? In the past, any time I started dropping weight my strength would go down the toilet and cause me to lose motivation.

Don't eyeball it
Got some measuring spoons today and realized my tablespoon of olive oil I've been using the past few weeks when cooking was actually about 2 or 3 tablespoons lol. Morale of the story... Get some measuring cups and spoons.

Motivation buddies?
Just started my "cut" about a month ago and I'm shooting for a pound a week. Also, started working out for the first time in like 3 years. Starting weight is 275 lbs Goal is 225 lbs If anyone is in a similar boat, let's keep each other motivated!

DIY Workout Equipment
Just made a forearm roller today. Turned out pretty good and already got in a few...sets? rolls? Got me thinking though, what other type of smaller accessory workout equipment have people DIY'd.
