I've always really liked going to the gym but I know some people who just forced themselves to go and now a few years later, they are super passionate about it. I haven't done planks in forever but I know I should probably put in some core work.

That's awesome! Glad you were able to find a bike and be able to still put in the work at home. I'm lucky that the gym I go to isn't ever crowded and everyone does a great job of wiping down equipment.

I'm glad you mentioned this because I haven't done those in forever! I'm definitely doing them for my next leg workout, thanks!

I can definitely relate. When I first started squatting, it definitely felt uncomfortable in the knees and it was probably due to that same reason. Glad to hear you aren't hating it anymore!

That's amazing, thanks for sharing. It's crazy how we are capable of going from one side of the spectrum to the other, with you going from completely sedentary lifestyle to Forrest Gump mode. I can't say I love running very much now but when I was in the Air Force, I loved it! I'd usually run like 5 miles a day and like…

I've loved those since day 1 haha

I'd say that qualifies! I tried yoga the other day and it killed me lol. I'm going to keep with it at least once a week but hopefully a few more times a week. My balance is so bad and my hamstrings are too damn tight.

I've used it a few times in the past and it definitely gets you stronger.

If you want to see how I drop from 275 to 225, add me! Its gonna be epic.

I'll definitely be following along. I'm trying to get down to 225.

You should be able to adjust your macro percentages to fit what you need.

Congrats on the weight loss, that is incredible. I'm wondering that myself. I'm hoping when I get down to my goal weight, I can keep with this clean eating I've been doing and not revert back to my inner fatty.
-
Wow so you've already made great progress. Congrats! I'm at the beginning stages essentially, but excited to start seeing the changes soon.

I'd say that counts and that's a really good idea. I would have never thought to use them as kettlebells.

Well, sounds like my spoons are already obsolete lol. I'll be using my kitchen scale from now on.
