Time to get fit

I am 32, and over the last two years I’ve lost quite a bit of weight - going from 260 to now 157.5. It’s been hard, but what scares me most is gaining weight back. I am here to figure out how to have a healthier relationship with food. :) Hopefully this community will help me, and give me some insight into getting my cravings under control.

Well done you on that amazing success!

Come on over to the Maintaining Weight forum.
You will find many useful threads there and also maybe browse the "stickied" useful threads at the top of the forum.
And of course, you are more than welcome to start your own thread for your own unique situation.

To me one of the keys to happy and prolonged maintenance at goal weight is to work to tone down the high alert status of "scared" to merely vigilant.

Congrats on the weight loss, that is incredible. I'm wondering that myself. I'm hoping when I get down to my goal weight, I can keep with this clean eating I've been doing and not revert back to my inner fatty.
