I have never been able to lose weight and feel like I am just missing one piece of information
Hello, I am 47 years old and currently weigh 204lbs at 5'-7" tall. I workout 4 hours a week lifting weights with some HITT cardio. I do yoga 3 x a week and walk my dog regularly for 20-30 min a day.
