Is it just me or in the beginning did you have cravings for certain foods that you used to eat? I have a sweet tooth and it's so hard to shake it at times. What do y'all do when it hits you?
Normally on a typical day when I come home from work and I'm stressed out I go straight and take my shower then I go into my bedroom and sit on my Mat & meditate for about 20 minutes and my family know not to come and bother me
