Hungry on busy days
I work part time, so I use a higher calorie allocation on those days. I eat a good breakfast and try to eat fruit and cheese or peanut butter or a protein bar at my mid-morning break. 45 days and happy
Hi, I’m Cathy and I’ve been following MFP for about 45 days. I haven’t lost a lot yet, but I’m happy so far. Macros per meal
In my goals, I see total macros but I'd like to know how to divide them up per meal. I look at my nutrition chart at the end of the day, and it seems like I'm not doing something right. Any suggestions?
