Does anyone else feel great one day, and absolutely miserable the next? I’m sticking to my regimen for the most part. Feel great 99% of the time now. Able to do some things I wasn’t a month ago. Another Goal!
Might not seem like a lot for many of you, but I walked 1/2 mile today without pain. Felt great. New diet, slow exercise and patience. This stuff is addictive! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi everyone. I’m beginning a journey that will hopefully see me lose 125 pounds overall. When I left the Army in 2009, I weighed 215 pounds. In 12 years, I have fallen into a sedentary lifestyle, watched my blood pressure rise and have a compression fracture of my L-3 and L-4 vertebrae operated on. I currently weigh 345.…
