There was no notice of the renewal that I got charged with today. I have now gone in and turned off auto-pay. I have not used the app at all. I have to follow a diabetes specific diet plan from my dr and would like a refund please. I’m disappointed it is so hard to find how to contact support for this situation.
Is there a community group for Type 2 diabetics? I signed up today and the daily carbs is too high for me. Not sure how to adjust for that in the app/site.
