Looking to gain some mass
My body is more skinny fat and while I’ve gained I still feel I’m scrawny and not at my strongest. What are some good workouts to help build up muscle in the legs and arms? Should I just get a trainer?

Might be going to a gym
I’m nervous to go to a gym and plan to sometime next week. Any tips? I know form is everything so I will watch some how to videos for things but I know I won’t know what machines to use and am nervous to ask people. Do you think the staff would help me get started instead?

hello everyone! i've been wondering if i should feel soreness after a workout the next day? i searched it up and it said it was fine, but is it common? also when your working out and feeling the burn should i keep pushing myself or wait a few seconds then continue?
