Need help estimating this meal, it's so weird—pork wrap with kale and a nori and rice paper wrap
Ate this wrap. It's pork, a ton of kate, cucumber, a ton of shredded pork, but the part that's throwing me off is the wrap itself: it's nori (seaweed) and rice paper. Didn't taste salty at all like most restaurant fare, but the yellow dip was tumeric aioli, I'd guess 2 tbsp, it was delicious, so probably pretty oily 😆…
