I’m in a plateau I can’t break and it’s discouraging
Maybe someone can help me…. I’m 5’3 and I’ve lost 87 lbs. I’ve been stuck at 157 lbs for WEEKS. I eat about 1200-1300 calories a day and I work out 5-6 days a week. I usually do a mix of cardio and strength with weights. My workouts are about an hour. I’m not sure if I’m maybe eating too much or what, but the scale has…
