Do we have any guidelines for this 6 week challenge? I am 20 pounds down since Aug. 2nd. I was happy to maintain through the holidays. I am wanting to lose another 20 to get me to a healthy BMI. I work out most days and stay around 1,500 calories. What is the plan
I was on sparkpeople.com since 2009. My sister is on here so I thought I would give it a try. Day 50, I'm down over 8 lb. I turn 60 next month. I am happy to not be obese anymore. Now working and getting in the healthy BMI zone. I'm a recently retired special ed teacher. I love having the time to exercise and eat better.
