Starting January 15th

Do we have any guidelines for this 6 week challenge? I am 20 pounds down since Aug. 2nd. I was happy to maintain through the holidays. I am wanting to lose another 20 to get me to a healthy BMI. I work out most days and stay around 1,500 calories. What is the plan

    I have a lot of weight to lose. Exercise is difficult due to physical limitations but I can do more in terms of tryng to move a little more each day. My goal is to log everything I eat and stay around 1200 calories /day.
