My personal goals are to log all food and try to stay around 1200 cal per day. I also have a stationary bike and will try to use it at least 5 times per week for 10 -15 minutes a session.

Do we have any guidelines for this 6 week challenge? I am 20 pounds down since Aug. 2nd. I was happy to maintain through the holidays. I am wanting to lose another 20 to get me to a healthy BMI. I work out most days and stay around 1,500 calories. What is the plan
