Greetings from Alex in Florida......I decided to not make the same holiday excuses, so I started Nov 16th and I have been trying to use the following macros 25% Carbs.....40% protein and 35% fat with 1356 calories aday. I have also riding indoor bike and rowing macine a few time a week.
