When Inget hungry now I have some Greek yogurt, a small handful of granola and a smaller handful of dried blueberries. If I need a little sweet one tap of honey. It’s working!

Struggling
Today hurts, like all over hurts. I don’t feel the greatest, didn’t sleep as husband needed changing around 1am, and the carpel tunnel is hurting something wicked today. I still did my yoga, had my little cry through it and hope that the pool schedule normalizes so I can get back to my favourite low impact exercise.
