I am .5 lbs away from being under 200 lbs for the first time in over 20 years. I am loving how I feel. I found if I don't buy the food I can't stay from into the house, then its not there to eat. I have lost 30 lbs and have a ways to go but am loving how I feel.
I want to know how I can track "strength training " without logging every single type of exercise I do and how many reps I do. I use dumbbells and there must be a way to track this by minutes and not by reps. I was able to track strength training in Spark People why not with this app?
