I have been doing IF about for two years but it has some setback about occasionl overeating. I'm wondering if anyone has expereinces of both eating the same amount of food regulary and intermiteetantly and see which one has a better result of losing weight?
Greetings from Sydney. Hieveryone, I'm new to here and just started to Day 2 to lose extra pounds that accumulated over two years of the pandemic. I'm particulary looking for middle-aged ladies to do online training or regular check-in together to motivate each other. Hope everyone is doing great.
