What am I doing wrong?
I am 24 years old, 173 cm, 66 kg, body fat percentage is 26%. I would like to lower it, it takes place mostly on my belly. I cut out sugar out of my diet, I eat 114 g of carbs, 36 g of fat and 130 g of protein on a daily basis. I do weightlifiting 2 times a week, and I swim 2-3 times a week. What should I change to reach…
