Very excited about the fact I become a dog dad for the first time tonight. A collie/bulldog cross who is certainly going to keep me on my toes and up my exercise levels, especially now I’ve gone from busy job to desk jockey

Stomach reset day
Yesterday Xmas day was messy! No logging food, way too much dinner (although it is really only a Sunday roast), way too much dessert, nibbles, alcohol and a very late night! So today is reboot Boxing Day. Healthy proteins, lots of water and a home workout…… Hope you’re Xmas day was as fun x

So, I am back on the app. I was on here before, did well, lost a lot and dabbled with slimming world and weight watchers but they weren’t great at the carbs tracking side of things.
