“Projected weight loss”
Does anyone else find the end of the day “projected weight loss” totally rubbish and very disheartening? I’m set for an aim of 1kg weight loss a week and having stuck within my calorie limit today (net calories 1195) it’s telling me my projected weight in 5 weeks is only 0.2kg lighter than what I logged as my weight today……

Does the time input on exercise matter ?
When inputting my exercise if I’m in a rush it’s an added thing slowing me down to add the start time for each exercise. Does it actually matter? Ie is MFP sophisticated enough to work out that that is the steps done at 5.34 am that it can see on my iPhone steps and only discount those ? I saw a comment from someone that…

Hi all I run daily. Which can range from fairly mild 5km on the road, to a trail run of 30 km (haven’t done that far recently, but thinking I might do 14km trail tomorrow). Is anyone selecting their own calorie target to have it as a happy medium between the automatically calculated options? And if so, how do you change it? For 0.5kg per week weight loss my calories allowed is 1230 daily. For 0.2kg weight loss per week my calories allowed is 1510. That feels like quite a jump with a fairly…
