Calories or points plus weight watchers
I'm debating which one to do. Weight watcher points plus counts carbs, fiber, protein but not calories & don't track fruit or veggie

Correct activity level?
I started last Friday eating 1500 calories and am down 3.4lbs! I am sooooo hungry. I'm excited but is this normal? Should I increase my calories? I'm 5'5 256lbs. I set my activity level at slightly active. I walk a half hour at lunch and half hour on treadmill 5 days a week. Is this correct activity level for me. Thank you…
