Having issues at home, and all I want to do is eat my feelings, but then I feel guilty for that too. This app is helping me but it’s hard

Starting over
I went from 250 to 185 on my own. I have slipped emotional eating is my down fall I am back to 202 being 200 plus is killing my joints. I play softball and I feel slower, I am mad at myself. I’m hoping this app helps me be accountable, just need to control the stress eating and the street cravings
