Hello!
I’m trying to lose weight after surgery left me learning to walk again. Recovery has been slow and frustrating, but I am making progress. It just takes a long time. I’m using a pescatarian and vegan diet. I guess that makes it flexitarian, but I am losing weight and my morning blood sugars are a bit lower.
