I blend egg whites. My protein powder oatmeal powder peanut butter. Fry in lightly sprayed avacado oil. Top with agave syrup and cinnamon or whatever you would like. Super satisfying and delicious.

Spaghetti squash
I poach two eggs over spaghetti squash abd top with sugar free Ketsup. Sometimes i add bacon bits. Seriously very good

Yogurt plus for a snack
My favorite snack is choboni zero sugar yogurt. I add 1/4 cup raw oatmeal and 8 whole almonds. Super good!

Journey
After being diagnosed with ore diabetes in January 2022 my doctor recommended i lose some weight So i began my journey on February 1 on MyFitnessPal.
