After being diagnosed with ore diabetes in January 2022 my doctor recommended i lose some weight So i began my journey on February 1 on MyFitnessPal. I always have been a very healthy eater but portions were too large. I ride my bike 45 minutes a day and weight train. That is nothing new as i always have. I am proud to say I am down 39 pounds with only 10 more to go. Then it is all about maintaining.
