Anyone do IF & OMAD then increase food intake?
I have been doing IF for 18 weeks now eating OMAD. I also workout with weights for 40 min and 20 min of cardio 3x a week. I am currently at a plateau so I wanted to start using MFP to track my calorie intake in hopes that following certain macros I can break this plateau.
