I am 5'8 125 I have a pretty small frame so I believe this is good weight for me (not unhealthy), however I am thinking of switching to maintenance now. im worried if I keep eating 1600 im gonna keep losing. Im already a size 4/2 not sure if it would be healthy to be a size 0

Flexibility question
I have really tight hips do when I do cobra it hurts my back also sometimes I get knee pain when cycling , especially when I didn’t stretch. I’m trying to get a bit more flexible so I guess should I focus on my hips first and then work on my back. Like when I do a yoga class my back is literally like pulling and in pain…

How much working out for maintenance
when I first started my weight loss journey my body seemed to actually craving excercise almost like it wanted to burn fat so I was able to do hit daily. now that im maintaining I find extreme hiit tiring, or maybe im just sick of it! so I guess my question is... how much excercise should we be doing in maintenance?
