I usually weigh myself in the morning and sometimes at noon sometimes before bed. I just want to be prepared to make changes if I see the scale going up, because being overweight is a problem I don’t need cause life is stressful enough.

Come to think of it… I think the issue is probably more my quads then hips!

Thanks Ann. I do believe there is a connection between my tight hips \ back \ and now quads. I will try stretching my quads as well thanks so much for your input.

I guess I am lucky because I have been losing at 1600-1800, not sure about maintain because right now I’m still losing. I was eating 2000+ previously so my body was used to do that, probably why I feel like I’m starving to death at 1700 lol

I don’t know. I guess it was just time. A few years ago I gained 30 lbs on antidepressants and lost some of it but it was not fit. I was just sort of a normal weight. After my dog died I started gaining weight again and I didn’t want to keep gaining weight so I started excircisng regularly. It was like hell at first lol.…

I heard a lot of the weight loss on the keto diet is water weight. I don’t think it matters what kind of diet, what matters is that you are eating less. I have lost weight eating high fat high carb on calorie defecit. Diets just encourage a calorie defecit by eliminating certain foods.

I think u are Overexercising and underrating imo. For how much excercise you’re doing, your definitely underrating which can cause stress and stress can cause people to hold on to fat.
