I’m in my early 20s trying to eat healthier and lose the 10 lbs i put on during this pandemic. I’m 5’6 and am fluctuating between 145-149 lbs. I’d like to be 135-140, which is closer to what I was a year ago. I don’t generally have trouble with overeating, but I think during the last couple months due to stress and boredom…
