I’m in my early 20s trying to eat healthier and lose the 10 lbs i put on during this pandemic.
I’m 5’6 and am fluctuating between 145-149 lbs. I’d like to be 135-140, which is closer to what I was a year ago. I don’t generally have trouble with overeating, but I think during the last couple months due to stress and boredom I’ve been mindlessly snacking a little more than usual and not just when I’m hungry.
I’m hoping the next few months will help me be more mindful of my food intake so I don’t feel the need to count calories long term. Right now I just don’t feel like I’m in a space where I can eat intuitively.
Anyway, that was a lot just to say I’m looking forward to this journey!
