Why is it saying i only have 229 calories to eat for a day when I put in specific micronutrients?
So I upgraded to premium and I’m a little confused. I’m sure I’m supposed to be eating way more than 229 calories a day but I started the low carb plan and it told me to put in 25% carbs, 40% protein and 35% fat. How do I increase my calorie count or is that just really what it’s supposed to be I’m so confused. I’m trying…
