So I upgraded to premium and I’m a little confused. I’m sure I’m supposed to be eating way more than 229 calories a day but I started the low carb plan and it told me to put in 25% carbs, 40% protein and 35% fat. How do I increase my calorie count or is that just really what it’s supposed to be I’m so confused. I’m trying to lose weight by the way not maintain. Please help! Thank you!

Do you have screenshots to illustrate your issue? Eating low carb isn't supposed to influence your calorie intake, just the split between carbs, fat and protein. And 229 calories is definitely not right, MFP never recommends less than 1200 calories for women and 1500 for men.0
