I blew it this past few weeks
I was tempted with everything! Bread, sweets, overeating. Everything! I kept checking myself in the mirror and still look fine but stayed feeling bloated, depressed and alone. I have avoided logging my food and getting in the scale. So today I step back into my program. I hate that I reverted back but I am ready to jump…

How can i stay on program...I ate every sweetthing I can think of. Then I feel bad...

How long does a weight plateau usually last?
I have plateaued for two weeks. Am I doing something wrong? I'm following my plan and walking every day...I feel great but have 15 pounds to go
