I had a fallback for a few days

How can i stay on program...I ate every sweetthing I can think of. Then I feel bad...

    It is up to you. You have to decide to eat what is "on program" or not.

    If you make the decision to eat right and stay on track you will not regret it. Each day you make good choices makes the next day choices easier.

    Make sure you are getting enough protein and fat through the day to help you feel satiated. Eat all your calories.

    It took me about three weeks yo stop craving sugar. Nighttime is worst for me. Now I plan to have something sweet after dinner. Like a sugarfree frozen fudge pop (only 40 cal), or fresh fruit. Oikos Triple 0 Greek yogurt, different fruit flavors, or vanilla and I add fruit , fresh or frozen.
    I try to keep frozen fruit in my freezer at all times to help with unplanned emergencies. I always have frozen blueberries, strawberries, and sometimes mango chunks.
    Sometimes I have herbal chai tea with some milk and monkfruit sweetener.
