Just started working out, should I increase my calories?
I eat about 1300-1500 a day. I've lost about 85 pounds in the last year doing so, but I'm still about 280 pounds. In the last few weeks, I've started working out. I went from being basically sedentary, to walking 1-2 additional miles a day, and doing 40+ minuets of HIT 5 days week, with a focus on weights and resistance.…
